RPM™ is a 50-minute interval cycling workout that simulates an authentic outdoor ride. Terrain includes flats, hills, intervals and sprints. Each cyclist controls their own intensity by adjusting pedal speed and their resistance dial. All fitness levels welcome. SPD cycle shoes advised for maximum results.
